An important field of activity in the construction industry is the topic of building in existing buildings, or also called refurbishment of old buildings.
MODERSOHN offers numerous special load-bearing anchors for the repair of load-bearing components and structures. The refurbishment brackets are load-bearing anchors at the base of the building, on which structural elements are placed and partly fixed with spikes. These brackets are often used in concrete and masonry walls to secure existing extensions and façade elements, or to support or support old building materials safely after new construction. The background to this is that the existing older building fabric is difficult to check or determine with regard to its load-bearing capacity and general building material quality.
