Composite mortar systems

The composite mortar systems as a collective term correspond to the composite anchor systems and stand for many variants of adhesive or mortar anchors, which are characterised by stress-free anchoring in concrete or masonry in the drill hole. Their field of application is the fastening technology, where they are mixed with polyester or epoxy resins in addition to binders such as lime or cement. For this reason, a clear distinction between pure adhesive and mortar systems is not so easy to make and the terms are often mixed up in a colourful way. Among other things, the term adhesive mortar is increasingly being used, since it always contains mineral components.
