MODERSOHN is a specialist welding company with manufacturer's qualification class E, including for dynamic loads, with various additional qualifications and process tests.
The welding engineers are Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wolf Berend Busch and Dipl.-Ing. Jürgen Matzelle. Mr. Vitalij Pfeifer is a welding specialist, auditor and works manager.
In addition to austenitic materials, duplex steels or superduplex and lean duplex steel are also processed.

As an independent representative of fastening systems from the company Lutz from Wertheim, Wilhelm Modersohn sen. had recognised early on that there was a great demand in the market for fastenings in the area of masonry facades. In March 1970, he and two employees founded the company, which today has over 140 employees.
