MODERSOHN supplies a variety of tension constructions with threaded parts at the ends, e.g. to extend the tension rod and apply forces by means of a clamping sleeve.
Alternatively, forces are also applied to the tension connection by tightening nuts in the area of the end constructions (e.g. force distribution plates in masonry). MODERSOHN very often supplies threaded rods from M6 - M42 in lengths of 3,000 mm, which then take over the task of a tension connection with suitable connecting sleeves and end plates. For this purpose, the new DIN 975 threaded rods made of stainless Lean Duplex steel 1.4362 are very economical as a technically better and therefore cheaper alternative to A4/A5 steel.
