MODERSOHN at the "Ideenschmiede" (think tank) in Spenge

The search for good young talents is becoming increasingly difficult, especially for craft-oriented companies: finding suitable trainees is one of the biggest challenges facing companies.

The Spenger Youth Centre Charlottenburg therefore organises an action day every two years on the subject of training and internships. The organisers are supported in cooperation with the Regenbogen Comprehensive School by the Employment Agency and the Herford Job Centre, the district of Herford and the town of Spenge.

This year, we at MODERSOHN were represented at the event for the first time, providing insights into our company and career opportunities with our trainer and one of our young professionals, thereby promoting ourselves as a training company.

Overall, it was a well-organised event that may have inspired a few young people to apply for a career start at MODERSOHN.
