A modern Edeka supermarket with an integrated café and a retail area of around 1,900 m² has been built in a central location in the Hiltrup district of Münster.
The offering is complemented by a 450 m² Kodi supermarket, as well as other retail and service businesses that usefully expand the range of local amenities.
In addition to the commercial uses, the project also creates new residential space:
17 flats with a total of approximately 1,900 m² of living space enrich the neighbourhood and contribute to a vibrant, mixed-use environment.
One of the aims was to use this attractive retail location to round off Marktallee as the main shopping street, whilst at the same time providing a decisive impetus for the further development of the entire station area.
Modersohn was involved in this project, supplying Angle support brackets and precast fixings, as well as single bracket anchors and angle bearings.
