Parapet anchor

Parapet anchors are heavy-duty fixing systems for precast concrete slabs on balconies (as balcony railings), overhangs and cladding in the parapet area of the facade. As a rule, they consist of the load-bearing anchor, which is designed as a cantilevered profile (e.g. as a top hat profile [clamping anchor]) for direct load transmission into the base. Retaining anchors in the form of toothed retaining anchors and pressure supports then ensure, even with higher precast concrete slabs, that the façade panel system fastened in this way does not vibrate in the event of wind pressure suction or vibrations.
MODERSOHN also offers such anchor systems at a reasonable price made of high-strength Lean Duplex steel (1.4062, 1.4162, 1.4362, 1.4482) with building authority approval Z-30.3-19, in which, in addition to corrosion resistance at least equivalent to A4/A5, material cross-sections can be reduced and the fatigue strength is significantly better.
