The term built-in part is to be considered in combination with the term assembly part in fastening technology in the building industry. An installation part is cast in concrete, for example, while the mounting part is the fastening which later serves as a link to the already installed part (installation part) and the local supporting structure during installation on the construction site. This differentiation between built-in part and installation part is very common in precast concrete fastening systems.
