All data is processed internally. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the contract with you. 6. how long will the data be stored?
We process the data as long as this is necessary for the respective purpose.
Insofar as statutory retention obligations exist - e.g. under commercial law or tax law - the personal data concerned will be stored for the duration of the retention obligation. After expiry of the retention obligation, it is checked whether there is a further need for processing. If there is no longer a need, the data will be deleted.
Of course, you can request information about your personal data stored by us at any time (see below) and, if it is no longer necessary, you can request the deletion of the data or the restriction of processing.

Every data subject has the right to information under Article 15 of the GDPR, the right to rectification under Article 16 of the GDPR, the right to erasure under Article 17 of the GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Article 18 of the GDPR, the right to object under Article 21 of the GDPR and the right to data portability under Article 20 of the GDPR. 8. Is there an obligation to provide data?
Within the scope of our business relationship, you must provide those personal data that are necessary for the establishment and implementation of a business relationship and the fulfilment of the associated contractual obligations or which Wilhelm Modersohn GmbH & Co. KG is legally obliged to collect. Without this data, Wilhelm Modersohn GmbH & Co. KG will generally no longer be able to conclude the contract or execute it and may have to terminate it.
