precast fixing anchors, toothed anchor plates
Serrated wind restraints are made of flat steel bars on which a toothed slot with a toothed counterplate are mounted. A plug or a screw (hammerhead/hook bolt) is mounted in this slot construction and can be adjusted with the slot. During tightening, the teeth of the two plates interlock and ensure, if the teeth are well pronounced, a force-locking connection. There are various connection forms for serrated wind restraints as separate components, including connection forms on the opposite side. For example, with a hammerhead, a welded hammerhead/ hook bolt, a round hole for a plug fixing or welded round steel mandrel to pin plates.
