As a processing company for special and small to medium series made of stainless steel, we have an extensive range of machinery and well-trained staff.

PROCESSING METHODS

The following exciting processing methods are available:

  • Sawing (multiple band saws up to a saw diameter of 300 x 700 mm) for the fully automatic sawing of whole bunches
  • Turning
  • Milling (several horizontal / universal milling machines) amongst others, for the milling of toothing on metal surfaces
  • Drilling (several upright and radial arm drills up to a hole diameter of 50 mm)
  • Countersinking amongst others, for mounting plates, clamping and cover strips
  • Thread cutting (up to M42 for internal and external threads) for the production of double-ends up to a length of 14 m and clamping sleeves

PERFORMANCE DATA

  • All material grades, also high-strength non-rusting steels
  • On powerful automats and special machines with high-performance tools for an inexpensive and very precise serial production
  • Milling, toothing milling, edge milling
  • Countersinking, internal and external thread cutting (clearance holes, blind holes)
