FOLDED PROFILES

Several hydraulic press brakes allow us to produce profiles in a wide variety of designs, from sheet thickness 0.5 to 20 mm. Modern control management, crowning and testing technology reaches angular tolerances up to +/- 0.3 °. Extra high folding blades and refined folding prisms allow us to fold container edges all around whereas other suppliers must weld individual blanks.

Small parts are processed in small, fast (economic) brakes presses. We can produce very delicate deformations on these machines. Production lengths of the brake press shown extend to 4000 mm profile length. Need even larger folding lengths in one piece? Ask us, we’ll make it happen!

  • Delivery with protective film in special packaging to protect sensitive surfaces
