In addition to the processing of stainless steels (of stainless steel), we also process the non-ferrous metals aluminum, copper, brass, bronze and lead for you.
Typical aluminum alloys can be found in our production. For example, tableware Al99, AlMg1, ALMG3 and profile rods AlMgSi0,5.
We have a wide range of cutting processes. In addition to classic guillotine shears up to 20 mm material thickness, we carry out CO2 laser and abrasive water jet cutting. Fast and flexible. Our band saws and cut-off machines for profile bars work for smaller series and individual pieces.
In particular, the water jet abrasive cutting method with 6000 bar cutting pressure allows perfect and very precise cutting edges which are very economical for thicker material thicknesses.
Very little reworking, no heat distortion, and a high precision ensure significantly cheaper cuttings of softer materials than laser cutting.
We fold, bend or contour aluminium, copper and other non-ferrous metals with appropriate, non-abrasive tools, just as we do with our stainless steel products.
Cut profiles warrant particular note. The deforming with sword and prism is often the quickest and most economical processing option, especially for smaller series and individual pieces. We have computer-controlled brake presses with laser guided scanning to optimize angular accuracy. Thus even the highest demands, especially with multiple edge folds (segment folding) are possible. In addition to folding, we have modern computerized systems for bending around a mandrel or a disc, or for the roll bending of profiles or rod material.
We manufacture profiles made of non-ferrous metals aluminum, copper, brass, bronze or lead according to your specifications.
Complete component groups fit together with standard parts or assembled. The attachment of hinges, seals and coatings are often part of our service.
