Remarking of stainless steel for safety-related products
For products from the building inspection area, we now have the authorisation to separately mark each product produced from blanks according to the existing test certificates 2.2 according to DIN EN 10204: 2005-01, or inspection certificates 3.1 and 3.2 according to DIN EN 10204: 2005-01.
This service can be requested separately, with the inquiry or order, by our customers.
Embossed lettering on stainless steel products
Needle embossing is a relatively gentle and effective way to apply lettering on metal surfaces. The surface of stainless steel products is not roughened, but displaced or compacted through a fine needle tip which moves at high frequencies.
We now have a needle marking device that can accurately and quickly create permanent text and logos on an area of 50 x 100 mm.
Your advantages
- With our laser cutting systems, we mark the sheet metal blanks with the components- or item number, according to the customer's request. This lettering is done very quickly with the laser and the risk of a mix-up with similar blanks is greatly reduced.
- Not all products can be lettered directly because of their shape, size and number. On request, we pack these items together in order to label the bundle or box with stickers.
- Thanks to our granted approval to re-mark stainless steel parts, it is possible to obtain the standardized labeling on your ordered items according to the test certificate of the original material - see authorisation for re-marking below.
