Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM)
The Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM) in Berlin has been working for us in the review of new materials, such as the lean duplex steel 1.4362, which was introduced to the market for fixing technology by us. In addition, BAM has extensive diagnostic laboratories and specialists to generally analyse material problems and, in particular, problems of corrosion on stainless steel. The BAM is called on when issues and disputes in the field of material properties between customers and suppliers arise.

Institute for Building Technology, Berlin (DIBt)
The Institute for Building Technology is our highest building authority in Germany. Certain fixing products that require special authorisation and monitoring are tested here for their practicality and required safety factors. The result of a successful review of a product is the general certificate of building supervision approval. Until then, however, it is usually a long journey. The products must, amongst other things, pass extensive tests under practically relevant test arrangements and this also in extreme situations.

As a certified specialist for the welding of stainless and carbon steel materials, we are regularly reviewed by the SLV in Duisburg. Moreover, all questions regarding joining technology are discussed with the above-mentioned institutions. Various material studies are carried out and special certificates obtained for particular welding arrangements.
